Wisconsin is declining while Minnesota is the economic engine of the Midwest.
We strongly urge prospective teaching candidates to leave school districts like this for the much higher pay and benefits offered in Minnesota districts. Stay out of Iowa as that state screws teachers even worse than the MAGA Republican Dictatorship that rules Wisconsin.

The average teacher salary for the Cuba City school district is the midrange in the Grant County salary range, coming in at $55,744. Since July 2011, the average teacher salary in this school district has only increased by 6.8% which is far less than the rate of inflation.
The Cuba City school board was able to find money to increase the Superintendent pay by 29.7% over the same time period, or FOUR TIMES the average teacher pay raise.
