This district has really tried to give teacher salary increases around the inflation rate. Makes us feel that this district might be a pretty good place to work. Though the average teacher salary increase didn't quite keep up with inflation, that could be explained by natural turnover of experienced teachers retiring and new teachers being hired at a lower pay rate.

We definitely urge prospective teachers to give this district careful consideration as a good place to work.
