This district is located adjacent to the Minnesota border. The Republican Dictatorship that rules Wisconsin continues to defund public schools while Minnesota just sent a 2 BILLION dollar funding increase to keep it's public schools #1 in America. Wisconsin is declining while Minnesota is the economic engine of the Midwest.

Even though the average teacher salaries increased above the inflation rate since 2011, we still strongly urge prospective teaching candidates to leave Republican voting school districts like this one for the much higher pay and benefits offered in Minnesota districts. If you have to teach in Wisconsin, this school district is one of the best choices in SW Wisconsin, but moving to Minnesota is STILL the superior move for excellent young teachers.
