The Ripon school district average teacher salary was $59,913. The increase in average teacher salary since 2011 was 12.8%, which was about 1/3 the inflation rate.
Like the Oakfield School Board, the Ripon school board screwed teachers so badly that there was plenty of money to hire and retain a ROCK STAR Superintendent and give him a 55.1% salary increase since 2011. The Superintendent's raise was over FOUR TIMES the salary increases for teachers.
