The increase in average teacher salaries for the Twin Lakes school district was -7.4% which was far below the inflation rate. As if a 45% pay cut wasn't enough reason for teachers to flee this district, the average teacher salary in the 2022-23 school year was only $54,173, the LOWEST in Kenosha County.

With numbers like these, we cannot understand how this district has been able to hire or retain teachers.
